Initiative Description

The Technology and Innovation Management Assessment tool has been developed to help companies assess how good they are at managing innovation and new technologies. It fosters discussions between managers, uncovering assumptions or misconceptions and helping them reach consensus on the state of their company's innovation and technology management.

Assessment of the company’s current maturity level across key areas of innovation and technology management, reveal areas of strength and weakness as well as divergent views within the organization and stimulate debate.
