Developing a Digital Transformation Strategy

Initiative Description

Every business needs clear direction and a good digital transformation strategy in order to thrive. A good strategy is particularly important since strategy, not technology should be the driver for digital transformation. The IfM’s Digital Transformation Strategy tool has been developed to help companies analyze the environment in which they operate, examine their capabilities and develop a clear strategy, together with an action plan to put the strategy into effect.

Training Objectives

Assessment of the company’s current maturity level across key areas of innovation and technology management, reveal areas of strength and weakness as well as divergent views within the organization and stimulate debate.

Training Contents

Preliminary Briefing to understand business context and agree scope of the assessment, Online self-assessment survey to gather views on the organization’s capabilities in terms of three key areas: Strategy, Systems, and People and Organization.
