The future of work: digital transformation of employment in the manufacturing sector

This I4MS Talk aims to show ongoing and future digital skills activities within several projects funded by the European Commission and the challenges to solve the gap of skill shortage will be explored.

The session will be divided into three main parts:

10:00 – 10:10 – Introduction about the state of art in manufacturing skills + catalogue of trainings presentation / 20 min

10:10 – 10:40 – 10 min presentation of initiatives by guest speakers

10:40 – 11:00 – Q&A About I4MS ICT Innovation for Manufacturing SMEs (I4MS) is an initiative funded by the European Commission to expand the digital innovation of manufacturing SMEs in Europe.
