Summer School Digital Innovation Hubs in September

A key objective of I4MS phase 2 is to expand the initiative to countries and regions not currently involved, with the ultimate aim to establish a Digital Innovation Hub in every European Region.

To achieve this objective two calls for proposals to prepare Feasibility Studies for Digital Innovation Hubs were launched in 2015 and 2016. A total of 29 proposals have been selected. These projects will receive support from I4MS through mentoring and coaching activities aimed at developing fully fledged feasibility studies for the establishment of Digital Innovation Hubs.

Organisations already participating in I4MS initiative will provide mentoring and coaching services to the selected innovation hub projects.

The mentoring will be kicked of with a invitation only Summer School event that will be hosted at Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre of the Manufacturing Technology Centre in the UK between 21^st and 23^rd of September 2016. Participants in the event will be representatives from the DIH projects, I4MS and the European Commission.
