Cloud-based simulation of the hydrodynamic behaviour of buoys

K-epsilon is a French SME which offers consultancy in the simulation of fluid flows. This Case Study will simulate the hydrodynamic behaviour of a telecommunications buoy released from a submarine. Such a simulation is very numerically intensive and requires computing resources which are beyond those of most SMEs. This Case Study aims to develop a service which will make such simulations available to SMEs on a pay-per-use Cloud-based-HPC basis.
