Microscope IT is a Polish SME whose goal is to develop a microscopy tool and provide it as a service. Modern microscopy involves the management of a high number of data formats, various image processing workflows and data storage. Post-processing is both complicated and time-consuming. The processing  necessary to provide the proposed service requires the use of HPC. This Case Study will develop this Cloud-based-HPC service and make it available on a pay-per-use basis.
