Webinar on CloudiFacturing first open call
CloudiFacturing project will held a webinar about their first open call on 28th June 2018 at 10:00 h. (CEST).
This open call of CloudiFacturing is open now to new (teams of) participants (3rd parties). Request for Proposals to initiate the creative process of generating ideas for Application Experiments. These are dedicated sub-projects with one-year duration that are executed within the scope of CloudiFacturing.
During the 45 minutes webinar, following topics will be covered:
- What is CloudiFacturing and the I4MS ecosystem?
- How can you benefit from CloudiFacturing? (including examples of what others have achieved)
- How can you participate?
- What can you do next?
- Interacting with DIHs, such as Innsomnia
Webinar will be hosted by Dr. Tamas Kiss and Prof. Dr.-Ing. André Stork
Dr. Tamas Kiss is a Reader in Distributed Computing, and a principal researcher at the CPC. He holds a PhD in Distributed Computing. His research interests include distributed and parallel computing, cloud, cluster and grid computing. From January 2017 he leads the H2020 COLA project that investigates application level cloud orchestration for SME and public sector applications. He co-authored one book and more than 100 scientific papers in journals, conference proceedings and as book chapters.
Prof. Dr.-Ing. André Stork is head of the ‘Interactive Engineering Technologies’ group of FRAUNHOFER IGD and professor at the Technische Universität Darmstadt. His research interests are geometric modelling and semantic shape processing, 2D/3D interaction and user interface techniques, rendering algorithms, knowledge management and information retrieval, collaboration support and scientific visualization. In the past 10 years he has been involved in many European research projects.
