Change to digital mindset and trust
In the last decade, we face the digital transformation of organizations. The biggest shift was during the last 2 years.
These transformations were led by CEOs, CTO/CIOs, or COVID-19. All reasons were driven by different mindsets and had different expressions on trust.
Trust was one of the most important characteristics acting in groups of people for ages, however, it is becoming a crucial factor of success during digital age.
Trust reflects a psychological state that comprises the intention to accept vulnerability when positive expectations of the intentions or behaviours of others exist. Trust is a gradual process and should be obtained over time.
Therefore, having a different initiator of digital transformation, we see a different level of trust. At the same time, different actions should be made to increase (or at least to maintain) the level of trust in increasing the level of uncertainty. Digital transformation, increased level of uncertainty, and changing trust have impact on our behavior and mindset.
