Executive I 4.0

Initiative Description

The Program lasts a total of 83 hours and is divided into 12 modules. It combines face-to-face sessions in the classrooms with personal work activities in order to provide the training of reference elements and examples close to the reality of the attendees. The modules of the training plan offer the exposition of concepts with the presentation of several examples and real cases to help assimilate concepts. Meetings are also held with leaders and managers with experience in the content to share and discuss in their respective organizations. It is a system based on a participatory process that ensures maximum use of the program. The participants also have assistance and personalized technical advice from tutors from the program management.
