Value Stream Analysis 4.0

Initiative Description

A value stream analysis shows the actual state of processes in production and service. It provides an image of all material and information flows. In our two-day seminar, we will show you how to apply the easy-to-understand value stream analysis 4.0. In doing so, we extend the classical analysis to the investigation of information logistics processes. This means that you will learn how to look at information streams to detect media breaks or other wastes in transmitting or processing information. You will then be able to discover potential by digitizing your production. First, we will teach you the method in theory and in the second part, we will practically test it in the process learning factory CiP. There we present you with further examples of how you can optimize production processes with Industry 4.0 instruments.
