Ioniqa is a Dutch SME which develops and produces smart magnetic materials, used in a variety of industrial applications ranging from sealing to damping to recycling. Such simulations are complex and require the use of HPC. This Case Study will demonstrate the applicability of Cloud-based-HPC simulation in the development of smart magnetic materials, the feasibility and benefits of such simulations and how the necessary computational requirements can be realised by Ioniqa via a pay-per-use Cloud-based-HPC solution using a simple user interface.
